Delivery time: Orders arrive within 7–15 business days of being placed, including processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Customs and duties: Orders to Australia under A$1,000 do not attract import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels: If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 15 business days, email info@eirenrowe.com with your order number and photos if relevant, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
